Lorrin Freeman, a Democratic candidate for District Attorney, has announced more than two dozen endorsements from various Democratic politicians, judges, and law enforcement.

In her statement about the endorsements, Freeman said: “I am humbled and encouraged by the broad base of support I have received. Having spent my career working with law enforcement and in the criminal justice system, I understand the critical role the District Attorney serves in ensuring the safety and well-being of our community.”

Many believe Freeman is the odds on favorite to win the Democratic primary over assistant district attorney Boz Zellinger and would be a very strong general election candidate.
