Amish DWI

Hilarious DWI out of Pennsylvania. An Amish man was stopped after his horse and buggy was seen driving down the center of a Lancaster County road. When police approached the buggy, they noticed the man slumped over, asleep. They also smelled alcohol.

The man was arrested for Driving While Impaired.

Don’t be fooled. You can be charged in North Carolina for a similar DWI, whether it’s in a carriage or even on a bicycle. Your “vehicle” need not be motorized in order for a DWI to apply.
