- Speeding and Reckless Driving – $250 to $750.
- Misdemeanor DWI Pleas and District Court Trials – $1,500 to $3,500.
- Misdemeanors Pleas and District Court Trials – (Drug Possession, Assault, Misdemeanor Larceny, Misdemeanor and District Court Trials) – $1,000.
- DMV License Restoration Process & Hearing – $1,000 to $1,500.
- Misdemeanor Appeals to Superior Court – $1,000 to $1,500.
- Felonies – Representation at First Appearance (Initial Bail Hearing) through Probable Cause Hearing until Indictment – $1,500 to $2,000.
If the client is indicted by a Grand Jury, we can discuss the cost of representation in Superior Court for plea or for trial. Such fees need to be discussed on an individual basis since the cost of representation at trial depends on the nature of the case.
- Expungements & Expunctions – $250
- Probation Violation (Felony) – $2,000
- Probation Violation (Misdemeanors, including Misdemeanor Appeals) – $1,000
