A news story out of Florida regarding a Lee County (Florida) Deputy who was not prosecuted for a DUI after witnesses reported that the deputy slammed into a parked vehicle, was swerving in and out of cars, and then was observed smoking a cigarette and on his patrol car computer while driving.
