I don’t know if this is a true story, but it sure is funny. Apparently a teenage student was pulled over early on the morning after Halloween and arrested for a DUI… while wearing a Breathalyzer costume.
The man had almost twice the legal limit of alcohol in his blood, and was later released into the care of his girlfriend.
